So, I’ve created this blog to document my ongoing ups and downs of living with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/M.E and to keep track of the progress I’m making with it.
I also wanted a place to log my own personal self improvement! The achievements I make, the important stuff I learn along the way and the things I need to work on. A space to write freely, openly, and hopefully inspire and offer support to others who either have a chronic illness like me or are working on their own self improvement and self care!
